We work alongside trusted self-employed cleaners, offering flexible work that fits around family life and other commitments, while providing ongoing guidance, support and a friendly team behind them every step of the way.

What services do you offer?
We offer a range of professional home cleaning services tailored to your individual needs. Our services include regular weekly and fortnightly maintenance cleans, one-off deep cleans, end of tenancy cleaning, office cleaning, and specialist services such as carpet and upholstery cleaning, oven cleaning, and wood floor restoration.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Depending on the cleaner attending your property, we may ask you to provide larger equipment such as a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket. This helps make our services more accessible for cleaners who travel without a vehicle and ensures the equipment is suitable for your home.
Our cleaners always bring their own professional-grade cleaning products and fresh cloths.
We’ll confirm any equipment requirements with you before your clean, so you’ll know exactly what, if anything, is needed.
Are your cleaners fully vetted?
Yes. Every cleaner we work with is carefully vetted before joining SOS Cleaning Agency. All cleaners are required to hold a current DBS check and Public Liability Insurance, giving you added peace of mind.
Before accepting work, our cleaners complete a fully guided onboarding process, including our service standards, cleaning guidance and expectations, ensuring they deliver a consistent, professional and high-quality service in every home.
